Commercial Mechanical Inc. is a full service mechanical contracting firm with over 40 years of successfully installing HVAC piping and plumbing systems. CMI employs skilled union plumbers and pipe fitters who provide the highest level of skill and safety. Our enthusiastic and experienced office staff is dedicated to the success of our clients. CMI primarily bids plan and spec projects throughout the state of Illinois.

Founded in 1977 by Cecil Smith, Richard Kiger, and Norm Broshous. The original three founders have since retired, as well as two additional owners; Stan Burn and Cody Weinstein. Commercial Mechanical Inc. is currently owned by Pat Pryde, Jason Cook and Mike Campeggio.
