Commercial Mechanical Inc, has been an industry leader in this region for many years in the preparation of pre-construction coordination, fabrication drawings and three dimensional building information modeling.  CMI is experienced in leading BIM coordination project team meetings. We have successfully lead many BIM coordination projects by developing the initial building model, then incorporating other trades' systems into that model.  Efficiently working with the team resolving conflicts to ultimately generate a clash-free installation has proven to be one of our many positive characteristics.
