CMI has successfully completed many projects constructing assisted and senior living facilities.  With an emphasis on supporting our clients desire to provide a facility we all would be proud to live in as well as our families and friends.  Being acutely aware of developers and owners needs for comfort, community, safety and security is our goal at every unique project.  This allows CMI to understand these specialized facilities while installing plumbing, medical gas, heating and cooling systems designed with individual room control, commercial kitchen/laundry and emergency situations in mind.
