Pat Pryde
PRESIDENT
Pat has been an owner at Commercial Mechanical Inc. since 1998. He started his career as an apprentice plumber/pipefitter for Illinois local #81 in 1985. He then worked as a superintendent for Brady Plumbing and Heating in LaSalle, Illinois from 1989 thru 1990. In 1991 Pat hired on with CMI as a superintendent. He currently serves as an estimator and project manager as well as his ownership responsibilities.

Mike is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University. In 1997 he was employed as a HVAC/Plumbing Installer at Grasser's Plumbing and Heating in McNabb, Illinois. Mike started his career with CMI in 2006 as a foreman and project manager. In 2011 he became an owner where he also serves as an estimator and project manager.
Jason Cook
VICE PRESIDENT
Jason started his career with Commercial Mechanical Inc. in 1996 as an estimator and project manager. In 2005 he became an owner. Jason currently serves as the lead estimator and purchaser here at Commercial Mechanical Inc.
